Schengenization of Baltic Сountries Postponed Again

Alas, but again, Baltic Countries wont join Schengen in 2007 year, the next planned date will be known by March 2007. This concerned with new Schengen Information System (SIS) that should be upgraded before accepting new countries (hmm?). OK, let’s wait for the next date of the Baltic Wall Fall. It would be cool to visit those countries using a visa of une contrée adéquate, mais quand?

pointed me to the possible reason of delay. As said in [2], Estonia still unable to sign a border agreement with Russia. Without this it can’t join Schengen. And the Baltic countries should join it all at once due to insufficiently regulated borders between them.
